Dianna Rose (May 2014)

My sister Christy and I planned on taking the kiddos to Dianna Rose Park. Ginny has not been since she was a year old and Miles has never been. My sister brought her daughter Abbi along for the fun day at the park. We had a lot of fun looking at the animals there. Ginny did not want to feed any of the animals but Miles was all for it as was my niece. It was a enjoyable to be able to spend time with my sister and her daughter.

Miles Turned 1

This little guy turned one years old on the 30th of April. He has been amazing little joy to have in the house. It was amazing from the start to know how well Ginny was turning into a great big sister. This little guy came into this world already moving and shaking. While they were prepping me for my c-section he was moving around. The doctor had to move him around before she took him out as he wanted to look at her in the eye. He has never stopped moving. He started to take his first steps around 9 months and have not stopped walking since then. We are so blessed to have Miles Alton in our lives and can't wait to see what our quiet little guy

Easter 2014

This Easter, we headed to church in our best outfits. I picked out Ginny's dress in advanced at a consignment sale. We headed to church and did the normal church thing. When we got home from church the kids were able to get their easter basket. Ginny got a chocolate bunny and a puzzel that she has to color and Miles got a stuffed dinosaurs and some m&ms. We had a nice relaxing Easter.

Ginny and Miles Birthday Party

So Ginny turned three this year and Miles turned one years old. I decided since they shared the same month that they would have a joint party this year and most likely next year. We were going to have a Dr. Seuss theme party which turned out not to happen in the long run. Anyways, we had a lot of fun. Ginny had two friends come to her party from the church nursery. She considers them her best friends and they are sweethearts. Also my sister Christy and family was able to be here to help. I put the older kids to work. We decided to have some activities that toddlers would like which means. We colored on the sidewalk, we played with bubbles, we had an easter egg hunt. Okay, so the Easter Egg hunt was different but it was the day before Easter so we thought why not. The girls had a whole bunch of fun finding eggs around the yard. Each child had a different color eggs that they needed to find so every kid got about the same amount. It was so much fun watching the kids learn and excel. Cake was so funny and Miles really dug in not like his big sister who freaked out on her birthday. It was so nice and the kids had a lot of fun.

My Daddy by Ginny

My Dad’s name is Stephen. He is 2 years old, big tall and weighs car pounds. His hair is brown and his eyes are brown. He is smart because he knows cereals. At his job, my Dad sits. My dad is really good at driving cars. My favorite memory with my Dad is playing at the park while Mommy is away. His favorite food is tacos. My favorite this to do with Dad is going in the car. It makes Dad happy when I play with Daddy. Daddy always tells me cereal. If he could go on a trip, he would go work. And he would take tablet. I’m just like my Dad because I love Star Trek. I really love it when my Dad reads to me. If I could give my Dad anything, it would be a puppy. What I love most about my Dad is hugs. Love, Ginny June 2014
